1. Placing an Order

Ordering from Collectible Exchange is easy! Simply:

  • Browse our selection of Trading Cards.

  • Add items to your cart.

  • Proceed to checkout and enter your billing & shipping details.

  • Select your preferred payment method and confirm your order.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

2. Product Availability

  • All items are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • If an item becomes out of stock, you may check back later or contact us for updates.

  • Limited-edition and rare cards may have restricted availability, so grab them quickly!

3. Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways, including:

4. Order Processing & Cancellation

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

  • Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible if the fulfillment process has started.

5. Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Occasionally, we may offer pre-orders for special Trading Card releases. Pre-order details, availability, and expected shipping times will be listed on the product page.
